We collect the minimum data needed to send your PDF, understand tool usage, and decide which contractor paperwork features to build next. The MVP does not require an account.

If you request a PDF by email, we store the email address you enter, whether you opted into product updates, delivery status, and the document session needed to connect that request to the generated preview.

We record backend funnel events such as page views, template choices, previews, PDF email requests, and upgrade-interest clicks. If PostHog is enabled, it may use cookies or similar browser storage to measure product usage. We do not send raw scope text, client names, client emails, or document body text to analytics tools.
